As a Trainer, you will have the capability to facilitate the 3 Vital Questions (3VQ’s) in your practice. You will be equipped to present both in person and virtually. Upon completing this intensive and highly experiential training, you will have a network and community of other Trainers to help support and guide you along your own journey. Learn more and apply.

The goal of this work is to create cultures of empowerment within organizations. The result of this cultural change contributes to increases in employee engagement and retention, customer satisfaction, profits, and revenue. One of our client organizations was recently recognized as a Great Place to Work and survived the pandemic despite being in a hard-hit industry (read the case study).
